Withdrawal and refunds

Your right of withdrawal, subscription cancellation, and refund conditions.

Last updated: June 2026

This page explains how to exercise your right of withdrawal, cancel your subscription renewal, and obtain a refund where the law or our terms provide for it. It complements the Terms.

01Right of withdrawal

If you subscribe as a consumer to a distance contract, you generally have a period of fourteen days to withdraw, without having to justify your decision. When the service starts at your request before the end of this period, your right of withdrawal may be affected under the conditions provided by law.

02How to exercise your withdrawal

You can exercise your right of withdrawal from your billing space or through our support form. Provide your account email address and the subscription or order concerned. Submission records your request with a durable reference; eligibility and any refund are confirmed only after review.

03Subscription cancellation

You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time from your billing space. Unless an applicable legal right or a contrary commercial decision applies, paid access remains active until the end of the period already paid for.

04Refunds

When a refund is due under the right of withdrawal, it is made within the applicable legal time limits, using the same payment method used at purchase, unless otherwise agreed. The commercial refund policy applicable outside the legal right will be specified before commercial launch.

05Acknowledgment of receipt

After the form is submitted successfully, a Meymo reference is displayed to identify your request. Keep it for your exchanges with support. This acknowledgment confirms neither eligibility nor a refund.
