Withdrawal and refunds

Your right of withdrawal, subscription cancellation, and refund conditions.

These provisions are part of Meymo’s consumer terms and apply to your paid subscription.

01Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days after entering the paid subscription to withdraw without a reason, in addition to the card-free 14-day trial. The conclusion day is excluded; a Saturday, Sunday or public/non-working holiday deadline moves to the next working day. The refund is full even after using Pro, with no proportional deduction or required waiver. A monthly or yearly renewal does not automatically create a new period, subject to statutory rights.

02How to exercise your withdrawal

Before the deadline, use Withdraw from the contract or send a clear statement to support@meymo.app or NEIRDA DEV, 13 Boulevard du Parc Impérial, 06000 Nice, France. Include your full name, subscription identifiers (account email, date or order reference) and how you wish to receive acknowledgement. The model below is optional; no reason or evidence of non-use is required.

03Subscription cancellation

Ordinary cancellation stops future renewals in Account > Billing without an automatic refund: Pro remains available through the paid period unless a full refund is processed. Processing a withdrawal stops renewals and paid Pro access, with a full refund within the time stated below. A full refund does not allow you to keep access for the refunded period, even if an earlier cancellation confirmation stated a later end date; bank processing time does not extend access. If the original free trial has not ended, only its remaining time is available until its original end date, with no extension or new trial. Your local data remains accessible. After 14 days, statutory guarantees and other legal refund rights still apply.

04Refunds

NEIRDA DEV refunds the full initial subscription payment within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal through the original payment method, unless you expressly agree to another free method. Bank posting times may vary. We charge no withdrawal fee.

05Acknowledgment of receipt

The acknowledgement identifies your statement and its receipt date. Keep it with your Meymo reference. It confirms receipt of your decision, not that the bank refund has already completed.
