The providers that may process data to run Meymo.

This page identifies the providers that may process data to operate Meymo and the purpose of each service. Transfers outside the EEA are governed by the provider's applicable safeguards, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses where required.
01Payment
Stripe handles payments, billing, and the customer portal (email address, customer id, subscription status, invoices). Meymo does not store card numbers.
02Authentication
Sign-in uses email links sent through Resend or the provider you choose, currently Google or Microsoft. These providers process your authentication identifier and email address under their own terms.
03Hosting and database
Vercel Inc. hosts the web companion and its APIs. Neon, Inc. hosts the database used for account, billing-status, linked-computer, and signed-entitlement data.
04Transactional email and support
Resend sends Meymo transactional emails, including sign-in links and account notifications. Zoho Desk handles requests submitted to support. Depending on the service used, these providers process the email address, message or request content, delivery metadata, and ticket reference.
05Distribution and updates
Direct software downloads and update checks use Cloudflare R2 at downloads.meymo.app, which receives IP addresses and technical download requests, never your text, audio or memory.
06Connectors you enable
If you enable Notion or HubSpot, only a finalized result that you explicitly save and send to a destination you chose is transmitted to that provider. Drafts, raw dictation, silence, and unsent results stay local; the provider's own terms and retention rules apply.
07Analytics
If analytics is enabled, an analytics tool may process browsing data. It is only used with your consent, unless a legally applicable exemption applies.
